Abstract

Transnational management in Shenzhen is characterized by the trend of 搒tepping in?and 搒tepping out? There are various modes of transnational management, such as direct trade, capital output, and combination purchase. The transnational management is still in small scale with a short history. At the same time, problems still exist such as state capital flight, international product standard and competition, and the development and export of software industry. Therefore, emphasis should be put on direct investment, economic cooperation for further development.
