Non-government Enterprises' Transnational Operation:Past,Present and the Future Trend

Abstract
In recent years,non-government enterprises developed very fast.With the sustainment of national policy,non-government enterprises begin to go out,and their speed is accelerated.After analyzing the course and actuality of non-government enterprises' transnational operation,this paper makes sure that non-government enterprises possess great potential in their transnational operation,and there are some new trends such as transnational merge and acquisition,international cooperation and so on.
