Abstract
Performance evaluation is very important for the hospital management,but many hospitals put too much emphasis on financial indicators.Balanced scorecard avoids such shortcoming,and evaluates performance from finance,customer,internal procedure,and innovation.Successful balanced scorecard is important for the survival and development of hospital in the market.
