Cultivation of Innovation-type Talents of Mechanical and Energy Specialty in Colleges and Universities

It is necessary for innovation-type talents to possess broad professional view,knowledge application skills,humanity quality,teamwork spirit,practical ability,etc.There exist such disadvantages in colleges and universities,as students' quality,education budget and innovation of campus culture.Therefore,it is of importance to design special educational mode and method with its own characteristics for innovation-type talents so as to satisfy different levels and the needs of society.Research and practice of cultivating innovation-type talents of mechanical and energy specialty are carried out in the following aspects: training mode reforming,tutor and student system exploration,innovation contest organization and innovative practice base in and outside of the campus construction.
