Application of Factor Analysis Method to Competitiveness Evaluation of Innovative Science and Technology Talents

After a competitive evaluation indicator system from the talent inputs,outputs and environmental construction was built,i.e.three aspects.Factor analysis method was used to have researched innovative technological talents competitiveness in Liaoning coastal economic region and 19 provinces and cities.At the same time,strongness and weakness of technological talents competitiveness in Liaoning coastal economic region were estimated and compared with 19 more developing provinces.Both the shortcomings and weakness during the period of innovative technological talents promoting regional development were all pointed out.Thus strong basis for accelerating the cultivation of innovative technological talents in Liaoning coastal economic region is provided.
