Abstract
Aim To establish a method for determination of paeoniflorin in zhengchaihuyin capsules.Method The analysis was performed on a Sim pack CLC-C18 column,with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(13∶ 87),the detection wavelength was 230 nm.Result The linear range of paeoniflorin was between 21.2 and 106.0 mg ·L-1(r=0.999 2).Recovery of paeoniflorin was 100.68%,and RSD was 0.81%.Conclusion This method is simple,repeatable,and can be used for the quantitative analysis of paeoniflorin in zhengchaihuyin capsules.
