Abstract
The characteristics of higher frequency and big losses of catastrophe risk of China,determine the diversity of forms of risk scattered.China catastrophe insurance risk scattered mechanism should be an insurance association that in leading by government,and jointing by insurance companies,reinsurance companies,foreign insurance giant etc,and in essence it is a comprehensive system of innovation.And the main form of it including of catastrophe reinsurance,catastrophe securitization,and catastrophe insurance.
