Abstract
Objective To compare the effect of Sucralfate with Doxepinum on the praxiological change of the psychological stress rats and their protective effect on gastric mucosa. Methods (1) The models of psychological gastric erosion were induced by stimulating the 6-OHDA-treated rats to attack the experimental rats as social psychological stressor. (2) The praxiological change of the experimental rats was evaluated by OFT and EPM. (3) The histopathological change of gastric mucosa of the rats was evaluated to make sure the protective effect of Sucralfate and Doxepinum on gastric mucosa of the rats. Results (1) Strong psychological stress could cause gastric erosion in rats. (2) Sucralfate and Doxepinum could protect the gastric mucosa and relieve the degree of erosion. (3) Doxepinum could relieve the effect of psychological stress on the emotion and behavior of the rats. Conclusion Doxepinum can adjust the capability of anti-psychological stress in rats, but Sucralfate could protect the gastric mucosa better than Doxepinum.
