Green consumption is a specific area in the consumer movement in the globalism,and green consumption right can be appropriately defined as consumers' right of choice.The legal orientation of green consumption is the confirmation of the right of green consumption.It is an important method to break up the environmental limitation by confirming and protecting the right of green consumption under the present situation of economic globalism.The design and practice of the green tax system is a concrete protection measure to realize the right of green consumption.It is necessary for Chinese consumption protection law to establish the principle of government encouragement of green consumption so as to explore sufficient space for the choice of green consumption.
