Abstract

Objective 60 cases of hospitalized patients were analyzed retrospectively. Methods We randomly divided into experimental and control groups, continue to use hypoglycemic program to control blood sugar in two groups of patients after discharge and blood sugar regularly reviewed, but the experimental group was given on the basis of normative health education. Results The BMI,glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc) were significantly decreased after six months in both groups, however the difference was significant(P0.01),the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant(P0.01).Conclusion To make normative health education for newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients could further promote the patient's BMI,blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc) up to the standard.
