Abstract
[Objective] To explore the blood sugar, blood lipid and blood pressure control of type 2 diabetes patients.[Methods]111 cases of type 2 diabetes were selected from the Hospital of Metabolic Diseases of Tianjin Medical University, among which 39 patients had received diabetes education and 72 patients had none;HbAlc,blood lipid and blood pressure of the patients were determined.[Results]The eligible rates of HbAlc,blood lipid and blood pressure control of the type 2 diabetes patients were 21.6%,8.1% and 9.0% respectively;the result of HbAlc detection of the patients who had received diabetes education was significantly lower than that of the patients who had received no diabetes education(P0.01).[Conclusion]The control situation of the type 2 diabetes patients was not satisfactory;systematic education on diabetes is proved to be effective.
