On the Structure and Adjustment of the University's Interior Power

Abstract
The university's interior power is mainly composed of the academic power and the administrative power.The relationship between the academic power and the administrative power has formed different models.This paper analyzes the reasons why the university's interior power has lost balance,and points out some special reasons in our university.In order to adjust the power structure,the paper puts forward some suggestions.
