Abstract
Based on the flow characteristics of gear pump, this paper by imitating the flow characteristic of the pump with the MATLAB, analyses the disorder installing method of the pump, and clarifies the gear number of the pump. It is concluded that the disorder installing pump with four pairs of gears has low flow pulsation ( only the 1/16 of common wheel gear pump), and fast pulsation rate.
