Abstract

The fault of gear pump with large flow pulse limited its application,so it is crucial to the study of the gear pump flow pulse.Mechanism of the gear pump flow pulse is studied,and the pulse rule of instantaneous flow is discussed,and then the essence of the gear pump flow pulse is revealed.Then the flow 25l/min of interlocking-tooth gear pump is designed based on interlocking-tooth method.
