Abstract
By the analyzing and simulating of the flow characteristic to the multi-gear pump,we can get some conclusions.At the condition that the number of the gear is four,and the number of the gear tooth is 4 n+1, and the gears are dislocated 90°,the flow pulsation rate of the pump is only one 1/16 of the general gear pump,and the pulsation frequency of the pump is four times of the general gear pump.The flow character of the pump is better than the general one.The pump has some good characters such as calmly running and little noise.It can be widely used in middle and high hydraulic pressure system.
