Abstract
Dalixiang,a new quality rice line,was bred between japonica and indica rice varieties.Because it has characteristic of quality rice,good appearance delicious,delicate fragrance and high yield,the rice quality of Dalixiang has been continuously rewarded in China since 2003,which indicates that the cross method of japonica indica or indica japonica is an important way to breed quality rice varieties and quality restorer lines.
