Construction and Practice of Self-adaptive Control System for Teachers of Local Teachers Colleges:the Professional Development Perspective

The weak link on teachers of the local teachers colleges is incongruous contradictions between the teachers'disciplinary knowledge and their professional development.To resolve these contradictions effectively,this article put forward the model of self-adaptive control system.According to the actual professional development,the self-adaptive control system solves faculty adaptability problems and promotes a sound and rapid development of the disciplines by controlling appropriate design and measure.
