Professional Development Problems and Solution of Higher Vocational Teachers

Professional development of teachers is a pre-condition for sustainable and healthy development of higher vocational education,which needs professional teachers with high quality.But now there are problems,for instance,poor sense of professional development of teachers;inadequate access and evaluation mechanisms;Lack of ability of professional practice and proper teacher training system.So educational concepts should be updated to enhance self-awareness,improve access and evaluts system of teachers,strengthens school-enterprise cooperation,enhance the ability of professional practice of teachers,build a sound system of teacher training to promote professional development of teachers.
