On the Environmental Construction of the Teaching Staff of Non-governmental Institutions of Higher Education

Non-governmental higher education,as the important part of higher education in our country,through the development of more than 20 years,has cultivated a mass of erectors and successors.However,non-governmental institutions of higher learning restrict their development because of the large number of part-time instructors.So,if non-governmental institutions of higher learning want to form benign circle,they must have high quality and stable teaching staff.This article starts from current problems existing in the construction of teaching staff of non-governmental institutions of higher learning,puts forward that constructing good inner and exterior environment is important guarantee of teaching staff construction in non-governmental institutions of higher learning.
