The Experiences of the Treatment in Patients With Pituitary Adenoma via Direct Monorhinic Transsphenoidal Microsurgery

Objective To study the methods and the experiences of pituitary adenoma resection via direct monorhinic endonasal transsphenoidal approach.Methods Microsurgery was performed in 16 patients with pituitary adenoma via direct monorhinic transsphenoidal approach,the effects of treatment were investigated.Results All patients felt fine after the operation.the injuries,the postoperative reactions and the complications are less.Conclusions Via monorhinic transsphenoidal approach is efficacious,safe and less injured.
