The Economics Foundation of Harmonious Development of Urban and Rural Areas and the Core Mechanism Construction

According to the history and reality of harmonious development of rural and urban areas in China,at present China should not only makes sure the development of cities,but also promote the growth of rural areas,narrow the gap between city and countryside as well to realize the efficiency and equity at the same time,and the realization of it lies in the reasonable division of labor principle,thus the economics foundation of present rural and urban areas unified development will be uncovered.Based on the analysis,two core mechanisms for constructing harmonious development of the two are worked out,the reasonable division mechanism both urban and rural and rural division of labor mechanism in terms of regional specialization of production in countryside.
