Abstract

In this study,polymorphic SSR primer pairs were screened for maize hybrids'Qiangsheng 16','Qiangsheng 9','Qiangsheng 62','Qiangsheng 11',respectively.With SSR marker technique,the seed purity testing kits of four hybrids were established.The results showed that the testing kits could be effectively and rapidly used for seed purity analysis of four hybrids.
