Abstract
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination of triamcinolone acetonide acetate and mi- conazole nitrate in triamcinolone acetonide acetate,miconazole nitrate and neomycin sulfate ointment at the same time.Methods:The column:ZORBAX SB-C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm);The mobile phase:methanol-acetoni- trile-0.5% acetate solution(43:43:14);The flow rate:1.1 mL·min~(-1);The column temperature:25℃;The de- tection wavelength:235 nm.Results:The retention times for miconazole nitrate and triamcinolone acetonide acetate were 8.6 min and 3.6 min with theoretical plates were 11400 and 9100,respectively.There were good linear rela- tionship with in the range of 10-200μg·mL~(-1)(r=0.9999)and 1-20μg·mL~(-1)(r=0.9999).The precision and repeatability of the method was good,RSD2%.Conclusion:The method is convenient,rapid,accurate and reliable and may be adopted for assay of triamcinolone acetonide acetate and miconazole nitrate in triamcinolone acetonide acetate,miconazole nitrate and neomycin sulfate ointment.
