The Obervation of Using Midazolam Combined Dezocine in Thyroid Surgery

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of using midazolam combined dezocine in thyroid surgery.Methods Choosed 100 patients received thyroid surgery from Jan.2010 to Jan.2013 by cervical plexus anesthesia to divide into study group and controlled group.All these two group were anesthesia by lidocaine and ropivacaine,and study group were treated with midazolam combined dezocine,and controlled group were treated with midazolam only.Compared the effect of analgesia and sedation in 15 min,30 min and BP,RR,HR befor surgery and in 5 mins,15 mins,30 mins.And analyze the adverse effects in these two groups.Results The effects of analgesia and sedation was obvious but with no significant difference.The fluctuate of BP,RR,HR in study group was less than controlled group.Conclusion Using midazolam combined dezocine in thyroid surgery has obvious effect to extend in clinic.
