Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical value of probiotics therapy in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis. Methods 150 cases of patients with bacterial vaginosis in our hospital from January 2013~January 2014, were randomly divided into experimental group(76 cases) and control group(74 cases). The control group were treated with conventional therapy, The experimental group were treated with probiotics therapy based on conventional therapy. Curative effect of the two groups were compared. Results Effective rate of two groups were no significant difference(P0.05); The recurrence rate in experimental group was significantly lower than control group(P0.05). Conclusion Routine therapy combined with probiotics to patients with bacterial vaginosis, can effectively reduce the recurrence rate, be worthy of promotion.
