Abstract

Objective:To study the microbial treatment of bacterial vaginosis in clinical application. Methods:in our hospital clinic patients with bacterial vaginosis were randomly divided into two groups: A group of 64 cases,B group of 64 patients;A group was given conventional treatment,B after conventional treatment group were added with microbial therapy, were observed and compared two groups after the end of efficient and after the review at the next menstruation, the recurrence rate were observed. Results:After treatment, the treatment of bacterial vaginosis efficient,A group 92.2%,B group 96.9%,P0.25;A group recurrence rate of 23.7%,B group 1.6%,P0.005.Conclusion:The vaginal microbial therapy combined with conventional treatment method for treating bacterial vaginosis is effective, and recurrence rate is low.
