Abstract
Objective To study the genetic toxicity of β-1,3-D-glucosans. Methods Ames test , micronucleus test and sperm deformation test were used in mutagenicity observation experiments. Results In micronucleus test, no mutagenic effect was observed; and no increased sperm deformation was observed in sperm deformation test. The results of Ames test showed no mutagenic effect with or without S9. Conclusion The β-1,(3-D-glucosans) show no genetic (toxicity) observed in our experimental conditions.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
