The Drawbacks then Perfection of Labor Disputes Settlement in China

Abstract

Impartial, in time, correct, setting labor dispute is beneficial to protect labor rights and to keep social order, but in China system for setting labor dispute doesn' t mature, there are many questions have exposed in judicial practice. This article analyzes the drawbacks of this system then gives some suggestions about reforming labor dispute in China.
