Construction of the Party-in-power in the Community Development: the Meaning and the Way

The author argues that the great changes in the structural systems of economy and society since the reform and opening-up of our country has brought challenges to the train of thought of traditional construction that party branch is to be set up in a company, the dynamics of the Party construction at the bottom, the logic of organization operation and the developing path of the individual member have had great changes, which have led to the failed continuity of the Party construction system and method in the new economic and social structural form and operational system, where is the strategic significance of the Party construction lies. In the Party construction of the community, there are two theoretical propositions: in the new social structure of interests, how we should expand sources of the Party's legitimacy and how we should realize the coordination of political development and social development the same time we realize the coordinated development of economy and society. Consequently, it is necessary to pay more attention to community Party construction, realize the shift of the Party construction center from the unit to the community and promote the network integration of the Party organizations in the community. So the author proposes the specific path and breakthrough point of the new system of community Party construction.
