On the community construction for the Party development

Abstract

Community is currently the grass-root unit with complex components and unexpected features for the Party construction. It is an important commitment to strengthen the Party development in the course of community construction. In this paper are analyzed the necessity, theoretical basis as well as the practical operations of the Party constructions in urban communities.
