On Enforcement of Community Party Construction

With greatly rapid utilization drive of China in the new century ,the city communities are going to play a more and more important part in social life. In the new century ,it will become very important how to develop and enforce the party construction in city communities to give full play to the political core force of the party organizations at the basic level. This article tries to center on the subject, discussing the necessity of the party construction city communities, pointing out the existing problems in the present community party construction, and suggesting the basic methods to enforce the community party construction in the new century,such as the key thoughts of Three Representatives as the guide , reforming the leadership system of the party organizations of the communities, creating the new operating system, and combining the management of the communities with the party construction of the communities and developing the community services.
