Abstract

The employment problem of college students should change from careers guidance to one’s own occupational planning,which is not only a change in methods,but also a change in ideas.The essence of occupational planning is a problem of personal strategic planning of occupation.This problem is to solveWhat should I do in the future?,namely,confirm one’s career objective and choose career ranges.From a view point of employment,occupational planning is problem of career choice,as well as concerns to culture vocational abilities of college students and other various abilities.It is an important link on which the life of every college student lies.
