It is very important to judge and analyze accurately on the problems such as what characteristics college students' occupational values have and how is its general trend.The results of the investigation show that college students' occupational values has the following features: the type of career choice diversifies,job-seeking idea is rational,the ideal of occupation is personal and utilitarian,as well as practical capacity is emphasized in job-seeking process.To help col- lege students set up the correct occupational values,the society should guide actively,especially strengthen public opinion guides;the coneges and universities should take multi-measures to promote college students' employment;the govern- ment should strengthen regulating and controlling on macroscopic level to ensure smooth employment of college students.
