On Construction of the Career Education System for College Students from the Perspective of Social Adaptation

Starting from the concept definition of college students' social adaptation,the paper made an analysis of the current situation of social adaptability of college students from the perspective of career education,put forward that the system of education service shall be established through colleges,college students in career planning should make self planning,and contact employers,and employment channels shall be broadened to construct the system of career education for college students and to realize the common development of students,colleges and the society.
