Abstract
Objective:To evaluate efficacy and safety of topical anesthesia for trabeculectomy.Method:130 cases 188 eyes were only adopted topical anestgesia with 1% Dicain for trabeculectomy. Result:156 eyes in188 eyes were only used topical anesthesia for trabeculectomy .1%Dicain topical anesthesia combined with 2%Lidocain subconjuctiva anesthesia to complete trabeculectomy for 32 eyes in 188 eyes.There were not serious complication caused by anesthesia. Conclusion: This way of anesthesia is safe and effective,and is of enough analgesia effect.
