Principal's Curriculum Leadership: Key to Development of School-based Curriculum

After the presenting of three-lever curriculum management, the principal's leadership has become the key to our school-based curriculum's development. Both in theory and in practice, the leadership of the school-based curriculum is very important. As a result ,in the process of development of the school-based curriculum, our principal should adopt certain strategy: through transforming management strategy, shaping a kind of culture, which is participant cooperative and opening and sharing, creating an organization of learning and so on, who leads the curriculum reform processing smoothly.
