The new curriculum reform demands the new principal curriculum management, which is expected to bring the innovation. The duty scope of principal management is mainly within schools, which involves the development of school curriculum, teachers' professional development, curriculum resources and the re-generation of curriculum culture. The role of principal management is embodied in the achievement of curriculum objectives and the coordination of harmonious relations between different branches in schools.
