Abstract
Objective: To establish a method of HPLC for determination of chlorogenic acid and baicalin in Yinhuang Oral Liquid (Flos lonicerae, Radix Scutellariae). Methods: LUNA C18(2) column was used. The acetonitrile 0.1% phosphoric acid solution was used as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0mL·min -1 . The detection wavelength was set as 318nm. Results: For chlorogenic acid, the linear range was 0.2568 ~ 2.0544 μg, and the average recovery rate was 97.7% with RSD =0.8%. For baicalin, the linear range was 0.9896 ~7.9168μg, and the average recovery rate was 98.0% with RSD =0.9%. Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable, accurate and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation.
