Abstract
The amount of Se in feed was determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The sample was digested with acid. The hydride was generated in 6mol/L HCl solution with 0.8%(W/V) KBH_4 as a reducing agent. The method is sensitive and reproducibleility with satisfactory results. The detection limit is 1.75×10 -4 mg/kg with.Tthe recovery of 98.4%— 101.4%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
