Abstract
The amount of trace Se in fish was determined by microwave digestion-hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The sample was digested with HNO 3-H 2O 2.The hydride was generated in 3mol·L -1 HCl media with 2%(W/V)KBH 4 as a reducing agent. The experimental conditions of microwave digestion and prereduction were studied. This method is accurate and rapid, and used to the standard reference material with good agreement to the certified values.
