Abstract
The solid-state fermentation conditions for acid-tolerant α-amylase-producing strain ASA-UD86 were studied. It was indicated that the optimal conditions for enzyme production were as follows: wheat bran was used as main material of the medium;soybean was added as nitrogen source;the mixture ratio of wheat bran and soybean was 1:0.5;the ratio of solid material and water was 1:1.2;and the fermentation was processed at 30℃ for 60h~72h with the natural pH as initial pH.
