Abstract
Objective To investigate the resistance of Candida albicans to common used antifungals drugs. Methods NCCLS 2003 as assessment criteria were used to test the susceptibilities to 494 strains of Candida albicans with DISC diffusion method. Results The susceptibilities test showed 494 strains of Candida albicans were highly susceptible to Amphotericin B(96.1%) and Nystatin(93.9%),were low susceptible to Miconazole(51.9%).The main infected organs were respiratory tract and urinary tract.Candida albicans were highly resistant to common used antifungals drugs. Conclusion The resistant of Candida albicans to common used antifungals drugs showed a ascending trend and the resistant mechanism needs to study more.
