The Dual Management Model and Development Trend of Japanese Fishery

This article introduces the system of Japanese fishery's law and the implementation of the dual management model,then on the basis of analyzing the current situation of Japanese fishery and fishing village,we give further presentation for the adjustment of Japanese fishery's basic policies and the specific direction of fish- ery's management reform.Thus we can make out that the consistent purpose of the Japanese fishery management is attaching importance to protecting aquatic resources and the sustainable development.
