Fishery Right System in Japan

The history evolution process and management system of Japanese fishery law were introduced.On this basis,the legal features,concrete category,management method of Japanese fishery right and fishery compensation regulations were hackled.It was pointed out that the establishment of Japanese fishery right and fishery committee system gave great contributions to the development of Japanese fishery and economy in fishing villages and the implementation of democratic policy in fishing villages.And it had far-reaching historical and realistic meanings.
