Abstract
The RD is the most creative and innovative activities of science and technology,and is the main power of promoting economic and social development.In this paper,we use the times series data from 1991 to 2011 to analyze the spillover effect of RD on China’s economic growth,the results show that RD investment in China have positive promoting effect on economic growth.Therefore,the government should optimize the structure of RD,and achieve the optimal allocation of RD resources.
