Vertical analysis of the inter-industry R&D spillovers in seven industries of China

The RD spillover means that because of the non-monopolization of the knowledge,the knowledge diffuses to other company,and the competitor's technology level is improved with no cost or little cost.One form of the RD spillover is the intra-industry RD spillover in a country or an area,another form is inter-industry RD spillover in different space.The research of RD spillover in industry level is regarded as an important part by the academician.This paper introduces the reckon of inter-industry RD spillover effect with I-O method,including the RD spillover benefactor effect,the RD spillover contributor effect.At last,it analyze the inter-industry RD spillover effect of 1997,1999,2000,2002and 2005.This paper reckons and analyzes the inter-industry RD spillover effect,it can help to know the status and the specialty of the industry structure change,it has a very important real sense to constitute corresponding RD cost tax policy and the industry develop policy.
