Horizontal Analysis of the Inter-industry R&D Spillovers of Our Country

This paper introduces the reckon of inter-industry RD spillover effect with I-O method,including the keystone of I-O method,the backward multiplier representing the RD spillover benefactor effect,the forward multiplier representing the RD spillover contributor effect.At last,it calculates and analyzes the inter-industry RD spillover effect of 2002 in the landscape orientation.This paper reckons and analyzes the inter-industry RD spillover effect,it can help to know the status and the specialty of the industry structure change,it has a very important real sense to constitute corresponding RD cost tax policy and the industry develop policy.
