Abstract
Objective The purpose of this study is clone human BMP2 cDNA. Methods Using U2-OS cell to extract cell total RNA, human BMP2 cDNA was amplified by RT-PCR. The human BMP2 cDNA was then inserted into cloning vector pGEM-T-Easy. Screening by white and blue clone after transforming the recombinant plasmid into E. coli, we got the recombinant plasmid which was confirmed by restriction enzyme and sequence analysis. Results Restriction enzyme assay and sequenc e analysis showed that the construct we got was human BMP2 cDNA. Conclusion We obtained human BMP2 cDNA which provide us useful target for further study.
