Abstract
Objective:To clone BMP7 cDNA and construct the plasmid carrying BMP7 gene. Methods:BMP7 gene was cloned from the HEK293 cells with RT-PCR and nested-PCR skills, and after being repaired, the whole cDNA of BMP7 was obtained. The plasmids carrying BMP7 gene which was inserted T-vector were constructed. Results:Electrophoresis and sequencing showed BMP7 gene was correct. Digesting and sequencing demonstrated that the pT-BMP7 carried BMP7 gene correctly. Conclusion:The cloning of BMP7 gene can lead the basis for the further studying of BMP7 gene and protein.
