Abstract
ObjectiveTo study the protective effect of rat by perennial oral Xin-Ning-Tablet.MethodTo detect the activities of MDA and SOD in cardiac muscle organization by using the method of Thibarbituric acid and Pyrogllol-NBT.ResultsXin-Ning tablet can significantly reduce the cardiac muscle MDA and protect activities of cardiac muscle SOD;can significantly increase HDL in serum; decrease the level of LDL and CH in serum.ConclusionXin-Ning-Tablet has significantly protective effect function for the cardiac muscle tissue of the rat.
